Syöte Booking Centre´s booking terms for programs and safaris

The reservation is not confirmed until payment is made to the Syöte Booking Centre. After payment, the customer will receive instructions and a booking confirmation about the safari/program.

The booking must be made by an adult (at least 18 years old). By making a reservation the client accepts the booking terms and conditions.

A service fee of 10 € will be added to all bookings. All remarks concerning invoices must be reported within 7 days of the invoice issue date.

Should you want to cancel your booking you must do so in writing by e-mail to keskusvaraamo@syote.fi or by calling to Syöte Booking Centre’s office +358 600 555 999 within the opening hours. The cancellation will take effect when Syöte Booking Centre receives your written notification within the opening hours.

Programs and safaris organized by Hotel Iso-Syöte

If we receive your cancellation:

• latest 21 days before the start of the program/safari, we will refund your payment reduced with the service fee 10 €
• less than 21 days before the start of the program/safari, the full price will be charged

Programs and safaris organized by Syöte Rent & Safaris

If we receive your cancellation:

• latest 7 days before the start of the program/safari, we will refund your payment reduced with the service fee 10 €
• less than 7 days before the start of the program/safari, the full price will be charged

Programs and safaris organized by providers

If we receive your cancellation:

• more than 7 days before the start of the program/safari, we will refund your payment reduced with a 30 % cancellation fee of the total price + 10 € service fee
• less than 7 days before but more than 48 hours before the start of the program/safari we will refund your payment reduced with a 50 % cancellation fee of the total price + 10 € service fee
• less than 48 hours before the start of the program/safari, the full price will be charged

In case of no-show, we will charge you the full price.

Non-payment is not a cancellation.

All bank fees for refunding the payment will be charged from the customer.

Syöte Booking Centre’s right to cancel the program/safari booking

Syöte Booking Centre reserves the right to cancel the booking in case the payments are not done by the due date.

Syöte Booking Centre reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of force majeure events, such as abnormal weather conditions. In this case we will notify you of the cancellation immediately and refund all payments. The booking centre may offer a replacement program/safari but has no obligation to do so. Possible occurred customer expenses will not be covered if the contract was terminated due to force majeure reasons.
